Processing time
Orders are packed and posted within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll get an email receipt straight away, and we'll be in touch if anything holds your order up.
New Zealand
New Zealand postage is a flat rate per island, whatever the order weighs.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after posting. Rural addresses can take a day or two longer. The Chatham Islands are charged at the South Island rate.
International
We post to Australia and worldwide. International postage is worked out from the packed weight of your order.

Rest of the world includes United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Singapore, Japan and anywhere else checkout lets you choose. Orders over 2kg can't be quoted online — get in touch and we'll price the freight for you.
Duties and taxes: international orders may be charged import duty, GST/VAT or handling fees by the destination country. These are set by your local customs service, aren't included in our prices, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the times above, email freemanfirewood@outlook.com with your order reference (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll chase the courier and make it right — a replacement where we can, or a full refund. See our returns policy for more.
Firewood delivery
Firewood isn't posted. Loads are delivered by us across Southland, NZ on a schedule arranged with you — see firewood subscriptions or our delivery area.
